A PDF, a Word file or photos of pages, picked or taken with the camera. She reads it to answer you, the words in photos and scanned pages too. A long file is kept in this desk's private store until you close it, a day at most.
Get a PowerPoint, PDF, Word or Excel file ready ahead (or a PowerPoint and its PDF together), and Presenter opens with it up and waiting for you. Beside each one, type the conference and the organizers she thanks by name in her opening. Three are kept at a time, each for a month.
Your day on hold, and it opens even before Start my day: talk something through, calm down, work on a pattern, get ready for an appointment, find the right kind of help, or get urgent help. She is not a therapist, and she keeps a note only when you say Keep.
On a tablet, turning this off makes her sound like a phone call. Turning it on means she can hear herself, so talking over her works a little less well.
